Isabelle and Maxime Cousineau join the team.

Moved the company to Anjou (Montreal), in a shop of 3,500 square feet.

Opening a branch of 5,000 square feet in Boucherville (Southshore of Montreal).

creation of a 21,000 square feet warehouse (including 12,000 square feet dedicated to the company) on Metropolitan boulevard, Anjou (Montreal).

Expansion of Anjou warehouse to reach 16,000 square feet

Jean Cousineau announce his retirement. Maxime and Isabelle then take over the business. Maxime as President and Isabelle as Vice-President.

Opening of a new distribution center of 35,000 square feet in Mirabel (North shore of Montreal). Head Office and Warehouse of Anjou was moved there and Anjou became a service and pickup location.

Creation of Precision Bolts, Ontarian division and sister company of Boulons Plus to better serve the Ontarian market.

Introduction of our KPF’s F3125 Korean Import Line on the Canadian Market

Still under the name Precision Bolts, we've expanded to Western Canada and United States to cover the whole North American market using third parties warehouses.

Opening the American division of Precision Bolts on American soil (Salem, Oregon) to serve the Anchoring and Fastening Market.

Implementation of a new ERP and WMS (Epicor P21) for all divisions, to support our growth and future goals.

Expansion of our Mirabel’s distribution center by an additional 15,000 square feet that now give us a total of 50,000 square feet to better serve our customers.

Boulons Plus acquire the anchor manufacturing division of Structure XL and moved it to it’s Mirabel’s warehouse.

Relocation of the Salem, Oregon branch to a 20,000 square feet warehouse to increase its storage and manufacturing capacity as well as relocation of our Anjou branch to a 4,800 square feet building still located in Anjou.
